Synopsis

Eric (20) is one the many black young men whose life takes place within a very few corners of Bridgeport, CT. Last autumn two of Erics best friends was shot, becoming the 19th and 20th victim of a wave of deadly violence in 2017. One of his Friends, Eric Diaz, dreamed of telling stories with words, rapping. Now Eric is determined to fulfill the dream of his murdered friend. But Bridgeport is not a place where dreams come true. Its a place of violence, homocides, drugs and a deep feeling that their voices are not, and will never be, heard.

Synopsis

A 51-day stand off between FBI and the Branch Davidian cult ended with a tragic fire in Waco, Texas. 76 people died, including charismatic cult leader David Koresh. Clive Doyle, a follower of Koresh's Messianic preachings survived, while his youngest daughter died in the inferno. 25 years later and still a believer, all Clive can do is wait and pray that one day his Messiah and daughter will be resurrected.

Synopsis

Juck is a 17-minute film which is a hybrid between documentary, dance and fiction. The film depicts the all female dance group JUCK who made a name for themselves in 2013 with a video that became a viral hit all over the world. The word “juck” is Swedish for “hump” and their groundbreaking appearance pushed the boundaries for how we are used to seeing the female body. JUCK questions the positions of object and subject. They provoke, inspire and break norms. The film poses the question: what is femininity?
